About Alexandra

Owner, and Independent Living Skills Coach

My background is in education, child development, individualized teaching, and skill-building. I have approximately 12 years of experience working with children from infancy through 12th grade, along with experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities.

My experience includes teaching, lesson planning, individualized support, working with children with disabilities and IEP-related needs, job coaching, and independent living skill development.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies with a focus in Elementary Teacher Education, a degree in Child Development, CPR and First Aid certifications, extensive training in human development, learning, behavior, and individualized support, as well as professional pastry training from FERRANDI Paris.

Why I started Hardeo Independent Living Services

I started Hardeo Independent Living Services after seeing firsthand that there is a gap in support for people who want to become more independent.

I have loved being a teacher for many years, and helping others has been something that has inspired me throughout my life.

My own journey toward becoming independent came with challenges, setbacks, trials, and a lot of learning along the way. Those experiences shaped my belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to build confidence, develop practical skills, and create a life that feels more independent and fulfilling.

I believe that disability, setbacks, or unfair treatment should not prevent someone from having opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, and become more independent.
